Sorry I didn't make it to the Daylesford Market on Saturday. I managed to get as far as Creswick and then decided with the water over the road and more rain to come it was a safe option to return home. I really enjoy the Daylesford Market and will be there next month.

I am about to pack for the two markets on this weekend. I am updating photos in the gallery to show you new fabric tea cosies I have been creating likie the apple tea cosy with egg cosies to match. This cosy set would make a great gift. New felt cosies also and there will be new knitted tea cosies next week.
Hawthorne Cottage yarns have been used to make felted boots in the latest edition of Yarn Magazine - take a look at page 19.

The Studio Gallery is open on most - and most other days as well so just give me a call particularly if you are coming some distance. I am a one person show although David would be happy to help. We run a small flock of friendly sheep. Shearing takes place in November. Our hand dyed yarns and fibres come in over 60 colourways so you can choose a colour to suit your next project. We hand make felt hats, luxurious felt scarves, knitted hats, gloves, knitted scarves, hand dyed cotton fabrics and other items. As well our tea cosies will keep your tea pot warm so you can enjoy that second cuppa.
